So today's blog is about daily essentials on makeup!


So here are my essentials:
Jack wills eyeliner
Nars Blush: Amour
Body shop flawless skin protecting foundation SPF 25 (06)
Nude coloured lipstick (depends as I have several!)

As you can see I don't wear much make up and I go for the natural look because I believe simplicity is more. When I put makeup on, my face has to be clean. I have to have clean skin before I put anything on regardless of what it is! Plus no makeup from the day before! (I admit I am one of those types that falls asleep while wearing makeup! But not always.....Oops)
Although I have foundation, I don't put it all over my face. I just put it under my eyes when I don't get enough sleep! I wear it occasionally but even though I don't wear it everyday, my hands do reach for it when I wear makeup. Body shop foundations are amazing as they look really natural and it's not obvious that you are wearing it. Give it a try if you want to go for a natural look.

Then I apply my eyeliner which takes me like 2 minutes. At the moment I am using a pencil eyeliner but I normally wear liquid eyeliner, so I am currently experimenting on different ones! After that I will put my blusher on which is the Nars blusher which I love! 

Finally I will put on a lipstick (depends what mood I am in!) At the moment I am loving my Body Shop lipstick, over the last year I have gone through 2 of these and it's the perfect nude shade for me. The Mac lipstick is a bit darker but it also suits my skin perfectly but I haven't used it recently so I will start using now! The YSL lipstick is my recent lipstick purchase and its pretty much like the Body Shop lipstick but a bit lighter.

Body Shop: Dusk Pink 42 

So that's my daily essentials on make up guys! I know it's not much but seriously I feel comfortable in my own skin, yes I have spots, blemishes etc etc but to be honest it doesn't bother me at all!
